Over twenty years ago I suffered a major stroke and was completely paralyzed until they gave me a wonder drug (TPA) that reversed my stroke.
I will never forget the total panic of not being able to move or speak; everything was out of my control. After years of recovery, I have physically recovered. Mentally though, it changed my world forever.
A person’s reality teeters on an edge and it only takes a moment for everything to change.

Oh! I see why my words resonated with you. I am sorry my reply sounds a tad trite in retrospect. No offense meant. Well done you you have obviously come a long way I take my hat off to you! Having experienced life changing accidents along my way I can empathize but never know how you feel about having your world changed mentally forever. Here is to this new decade..darn it here’s to us πŸ—οΈπŸ’œ
