#JusJoJan Daily Prompt – Jan. 3rd/17 Warning

Today, day  3 of JusJoJan  and  LindaGHill said :The Just Jot It January 3rd prompt, brought to you by Dan Antion, of the blog “No Facilities,” is: “Warning.” Use it any way you’re inspired to. And make sure you stop by and say hi to Dan as well! Here’s his blog: https://nofacilities.com/

Rules  and Pingback  here

There it is upon  the  wall

The  writing is  clear,

A message  for  all.

A warning  for  you to hear.

May be  last year  was  a warning

For  us  to  hear and  heed

Beware there is a dark time dawning

Man is bad by word  and deed.

Wars and  religion tearing us apart

Politicians all bloody  liars

The situation is wrong, rotten  to  the heart.

Snakes  all of them as they conspire

The  warning  is  there for  all to see

Heed it now before it’s too late

Soon none of us  will be free

We’ll destroy our world with hate.

Thanks for listening Michael I was being retorical in that in the grand scheme of things I am not going to be heard. No doubt there a less wars but they are bigger now and more deadly… Though Medieval warfare could not of been fun!! We do hear more about war and terrorism because of the media. Doh!! I am fed up!!
