Just Jot It January: Persnickety: Acrostic

THIS IS  PART  OF  LINDAGHILL’S  JUST JOT IT JANUARY

Persnickety

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Painstakingly  keeping an eye to  detail
Ever  searching  for perfection
Reaching  for  the target  and  not  to fail
Struggling   with minutiae afraid of  rejection.
Never brave enough  to  break free
It  must  be  done  as  done can be.
C0vering  every base  a thousand  times
Knowing  all the  big  things  go off  the rails
Enveloping  all around  writing  perfect  rhymes
Tending  to   the  tiny  things  when all else fails!
Yearning  for  perfection  at  everything else’s  cost!
The  rules  are  here!
The pingback
The “Persnickety” prompt is brought to you by Sirius Bizinus at his new home, An Empty Pen.
