         SPIDER

Sorry spider but you cannot stay

Please don’t take offense I pray

I really don’t want to moan

Do understand this is not your home

Even if you promised to behave

Really you are spoiling the peace I crave.

Your attitude reflects mine Willow…I feel they take far too many liberties around my place…

*laughs* Oh Willow! They aren’t so bad, truly they aren’t, but I do understand how some would rather they stay outdoors 🙂 Enjoyed this 🙂

While I like the poem, since it doesn’t suggest killing the poor wee beastie, I regard spiders as my friends. If anyone ever asks me why, I can give many reasons to admire them, and, for that matter, love them, but, the simplest reason for me is, they eat flies, which I DO dislike, as much as I choose to dislike any living creature (we won’t mention humans in this regard; too big a subject for a comment…). Most times, I try to just capture them & put them outside, where they can find more flies to keep out of my house…

*wink* Besides, they’re predators, & we predators have to stick together, right?….
