Here in Canada we have big orange plastic bags like that around Halloween and we stuff them with yard waste and leaves and they have the face of a big pumpkin on them and can be used as outdoors decorations and then left for the special pick-up when done.

That is such a clever idea! This bag is simply a plastic shopping bag that someone has discarded! Hopefully it will move into reach and I will be able to pick it up and bin it!

We have lots of plastic bags that are discarded and can be found in the landscape. In clearing out some bushes this weekend i found a couple that had buried themselves in the mess.
