Wow – her voice is more amazing than I remembered from the 90s
And cool song – and not sure if totally get it – sorry – I know u said it is self explanatory but I was s little unsure – either way – truly a wonderful song and chilling with her voice and those lyrics – 😉

Thank you I agree Sinade’s voice was definitely at it’s peak then! Now to the song it is really to me about a mother’s love for her children, those who live and those she has lost ( I have had three boys all alive and lost also three babies ) so she sings of love to both. Also as a thank you to her partner and parents . But is just my personal feelings of the song everyone hears something different! 😃 xx

and I thought it was the babies – but then there is the melancholy feel – and then it is layered – so I agree with what you wrote….
and o wow does she have one of the best voices I have ever heard…
i Only knew her hit song from the early 1990’s – and this was a treat – peace
