Love Is In Da Blog, Mindful Monday

Bee at Just Fooling Around With Bee said: Allow yourself to sit or lay down. Have music on that you like or a candle or even some lovely essential oils and then just be. Breath out. Breathe in. Let the tension and everything go and imagine the word LOVE in huge letters.

Keep on breathing and when you feel like it get up and write down what came to mind.

So for tomorrow the prompt is

A mindful exercise

which you have already done and you may let us know what you learned in your post.

As always: You can but you do not need to follow the prompt. Feel free to create whatever floats your blog¬†ūüôā

Ears closed  to  nonessential sound  eyes  closed against  the  world

The fractals  of  light  and  colour  open my  mind  to  senses  unfurled.

Drifting and  floating, protected  by peace  and  love in a soft  cocoon

I leave  my  body  in this  quite room as I  drift away  past  stars and  the moon.

Leaving  the  cares of  the  everyday  far  below far  behind

To  mountains, blue skies I escape the dark  recesses of my  mind

Ears closed  to  nonessential sound  eyes  closed against  the  world

The fractals  of  light  and  colour  open my mind  to  senses  unfurled.
