Bee at Just Fooling Around With Bee said: Allow yourself to sit or lay down. Have music on that you like or a candle or even some lovely essential oils and then just be. Breath out. Breathe in. Let the tension and everything go and imagine the word LOVE in huge letters.
Keep on breathing and when you feel like it get up and write down what came to mind.
