Meditation: The Wikipedia version of what meditation is can be found here. But what does meditation mean to me?
Time to think where I am , me this tiny soul in the whole of things , in the Universe.
Life love and being. To close my eyes and be at one with the entity of life. From the tiniest flower and insect to the
highest mountain and creature.

First lets look at the lost and lamenting
Fallen Delerium
Lamentation Delerium
Next lets explore the celebration of life
World without fear Imogen Heap
Climb to Sakteng Imogen Heap
Cycle Song Imogen Heap
Finally lets look at the mystical.

Stars like dice
She picked the stars up like dice
Threw them once and threw twice.
Till they were scattered in the skies,
An amazing mix to beguile the eyes.
Then colouring a deep indigo
She made a stunning backdrop for the stars to show.
There was such a stunning light
And she decided to call it night.
She spread her arms out far and wide
And defied any soul to reach the other side.
All day she played at this
Every now an then she would ignite a sun with just a kiss.
Galaxy after Galaxy she set out within her being.
She was unsure if she was travelling to, or fleeing.
Then she had a mad idea, made a planet green and blue and planted the seed for me and you.
Eventually she got bored and looked for some new employment she made oceans and land
And all of that was fine and grand.
But as she was growing tired
She made something less inspired.
From within her tired mind she created mankind.

Very nice Willow! I must say I’m really liking Immi’s versatility, she’s incorporated a decidedly eastern flavor in these vids. A very cool glimpse into Bhutanese culture.
Sir George is simply brilliant, one of my all time favorites is My Sweet Lord… Ahhh Yes!
Meditation is contemplation without the blinders of the mind. All is revealed and we are indeed part of this great big mystery.☼ Your poem is befitting of this. 🙂

The three song by Immi are from her latest album Sparks. Lucky girl she got to travel all over , Bhutan and China Nepal and she wrote some amazing pieces of music as well as songs ! Try this one it encapsulates a Chinese city!
