We  raise  them

We  praise  them

Goodness  knows

That’s  how  it  goes

If  we  don’t no one  will

Do  the  care..good  or  ill

 

I suppose  they do

In their  own way ,true

They’d  miss us if we were not here

Would  they  cry  or  cheer

Would  we  be without  them though?,

What’s  that I  hear, a resounding  NO!
