Unload and Unwind ‘s Weekend Fun Challenge

Here  is  my heads up  to Unload and Unwind’s Weekend Fun event  , Now  I am entering  the Link  for the ping back   http://jenniferann1970.wordpress.com/weekend-funny-challenge/.

My  first offering  is  Simon’s  Cat. The title  of the piece  is ‘Let  me in’  It is in keeping  with it  being Stray Animals  Weekend  too!

Anyone  who  likes  cats will recognize  this .

And  my  second offering  is Billy Connolly, he is talking  sense about  the terrorist  attack  in Glassgow . I apologize  for his swearing   but if  you listen  the man is speaking  a lot  of truth. Please  laugh we all take ourselves too seriously!

And  Finally  Black Adder  Goes Forth a very poigniant series.

I hope  that I have made at  least one person  smile.

I was laughing so hard at the Billy Connolly I freaked my husband out. Forgot I was wearing earphones and he was in the study catching up on his readings for his masters and here I was cackling like something out of the Wizard of Oz with tears streaming down my face. I look up and he’s standing in the doorway ‘hesitating’ to come any closer in case I explode or something. Both the cat and Blackadder were brilliant BUT Billy Connolly – my insides hurt from laughing.

Yes he is a brilliant reader of people . Every subject he tackles he does so with affection and very astutely. I must find ‘The pub singer ‘ an old favourite of mine . Have you ever seen Peter Kay on action another people reader.

        No can’t say that I have –

Ummm I swiped your clip with the credit given to you and a link back to your post to see the other two but out of all the submissions for the weekend challenge that was by far the funniest in my opinion.

I’m trying to figure out how to create a little trophy badge that gets given to the person not just with the most Likes but also the comments plus the ability to make me cry laughing.

I’ll do what I did with this one – put it up as a post telling everyone to visit your blog and with a link for them to follow. However still having trouble creating the little badge [just won’t do what it’s supposed to humpf!]

Excellent – I’ve been busy finishing up the last of the Land Down Under Part One post. Its just gone up so now I can get back and look at more of the submissions coming in for the weekend. Truly, truly love Billy Connolly – I had one last weekend up with him on a plane to Australia. Can’t wait to see what you post. Jenni 😀
