The Challenge Words!

CURL and Paw.

She knows how I feel
Her body curled round my feet
A paw touches me.

They do know when we’re feeling out of sorts, and provide their own comfort. I used to fall asleep every night with Maggie curled up beside me, and I’d either have my hand resting on her flank, or she’s nestle into my crooked arm or along my back. I’ve never known a dog as tactile as she was.
