After  a  five minute  job  took  an  hour,  the  man  who  fixed  the oven door  left  for  me  to find  a huge  dent,  the  vet  was  rude and  germ ridden, and  now hubby  feels sick…. Today  has  been  a total  and  depressing  debacle!
