Today is the twenty second day of Advent, leading up to Christmas. I would like to re-run my take on the Nativity story. I first wrote this in 2011, in the style of prosetry. This part is however a brand new chapter.

The earth was still and quiet, mother Gia held her breath. She knew the creator was sending his son to save what good was left.

The sun paused in his long trek to watch for the signs of the new king. The moon was held enthralled by the new star, such a beautiful thing.

The holy ghost took on the form of peace and flew around the world in the hope that wars would cease. If only for the birth for a moment in time, peace on earth.
David the consierge received a phone call the boss of the chain was going to visit. He wanted David’s room, no other room was free. David felt the gloom.
He had a word with Jo. Jo said no worries Dave, we can sleep three nights in the gazebo. Mary loves to watch the stars , don’t worry all will be well.
So Mary and Jo’s meagre belongings were moved, and the new surroundings by Irena were approved. Mary and Jo were happy.
