When things are at their bleakest turn and face the sun , walk into it’s light and smile. You’ll feel better within a mile.

This is my entry for Sue Vincent’s of Daily Echo. #writephoto. Bright.
Bright
After
All the dark
Now in our lives
Mother Nature brings
The spring to bring us hope
A leafy dell centred bright
Shadows form shade under the trees
The warmth of the sun lifts our souls.
Bluebells and green grass sooth our troubled souls.

Echoes of history show the way
Leading us back to a long ago day.
What horrors took place right here
Blood, agony man against man or beast in fear.
Yet looking around at the world today
Have we really improved? I can’t say.
But the sun is glorious let’s lighten the mood.
I am starving time for food?

She is dancing in the sunshine golden is her voice
Playing in the flower beds laughter her weapon of choice
Lifting spirits spreading warm and sweeping shadows aside
Blowing petals one by one banishing evil, all badness she will chide.
She is the joy in a baby’s first cry , the beauty in the dawn
The gentle kiss of innocence the grief of those who mourn
She is the every piece of happiness that you could ever hold
She is the moon and stars and all good things you have ever been told.
Goodness is what she is, she is always in the sun
She is everything we crave for, all Evil by her is undone.
She is dancing in the sunshine golden is her voice
Playing in the flower beds laughter her weapon of choice

Dancing golden among the lawns
Always awakening as the sun dawns
Fluttering and curtsying growing bigger
Flowing like a sun lit river .
Over night you spring into bloom
Decorating any landscape or room
I am proud to say
Lousterous golden Daffodils adorn my kitchen today.
So I hope you can enjoy the view.
