“Keep on moving ’til you know what the truth is If butterflies can use their wings to turn the wind to hurricanes You and I can break the chains, it takes a day to Start a tiny riot”
Songwriters: Amy Victoria Wadge / Max Wolfgang / Sam Ryder
Today is Day eight of Bee Halton’s Love Is In Da Blog and our prompt is A Love Song from a New Artist (becoming known in 2022/2023. Well I have chosen Sam Ryder singing All the way over . It’s a song about going through a break down in a relationship. The girl is fine and moved on but the guy still loves her.
Well you know if I love a singer I love them and play them all over the place. Now I love Sam not only does he write his own songs and has a fantastic range, he plays guitar, he can also sing any song from any genre, as the second video shows this, Sam singing in the shed. Do have a listen to the whole clip of you can he really can sing! Especially Never Be Enough from the Greatest Showman.
Last year Sam represented us at the Eurovision Song Contest and he came second to Ukraine. We had been getting Nil Points for years… I shall not attempt to say why. So her he singing at the Eurovision Song Contest.
So Everyone Sam Is In Da Blog šššš

Well here we are another month of normal but not normal. The weather is weird , it’s often all four seasons in one day, my wardrobe has no idea what’s going on ….jumpers and vests, leggings, shorts, sundresses, raincoats, hoodies and jackets…no point in putting anything to one side.
Just when hubby and I thought it was safer out there we both went down with covid, I am left with tiredness and a cough whereas he has a cough exhaustion plus he has an ENT problem exassabated by the covid and is deaf. He has a hospital appointment but apparently there is a 12 months wait!
So covid is still around and contrary to what a lot of people , including our government , it never left. So we just plod along so far this year we have lost out on a Carribbean Holiday, The Queen’s Platinum jubilee celebrations, a concert at the O2, Queen and Adam Lambert, plus numerous outings. I know we have been unlucky because lots of people have managed holidays and outings but hey that’s life.
Anyway LindaGHill was saying she might bring back “what day is it anyway” and Di at pensitivity101 does a daily post I thought I go back to July 1st 2020 and see what was going on?
Okay I went back and looked and all I can guys we are not going back there to read July 1st or anything else from then!
