Mary and Jo. Part27.

This is part twenty seven of my reworking of the Nativity. From an idea I first wrote in December 2011.

Where are those three wise men, I hear you say where are magi.com are they not coming to pray? They have been busy checking their star charts to see what they say.

They must arrive in January, on the fifth day. Now as it happens that is a good thing you see, for they have hiding from Herod. They need to keep their movements hidden from him, to save the baby.

Now don’t you forget them because you will see they will arrive safe on the day pre decreed! They will bring their presents fit for a new king. The the new order of life can begin.

Mary and Jo Part 23

Today is the twenty third day of Advent, leading up to Christmas. I would like to re-run my take on the Nativity story. I first wrote this in 2011, in the style of prosetry. Today’s chapter is another brand new one.

Look at the this roof Jo my dear, such beauty there. Mary smiled her special smile it had the power to beguile. Mary and Joseph, hand in hand walked among the flowers in this holy land.

Herod paced his palace surveying all he owned, the gold, the precious stones, the tapestries and tables of food that groaned. Three days ago he’d sent out his troops with a task they did abhor. To kill all boys born within a year or more.

The women screamed the father’s fought all hell was let loose. Stupid Herod had done himself no good, most wanted his head in a noose.

Where were those three guys from magi.com they had promised him information where were they hiding where had they gone.

They were staying in a plush hotel waiting for the birth , they had already made up their minds to give Herod a wide birth.

Meanwhile Mary and Jo return from their walk they lay down so Mary can rest. Soon Mary is sleeping in his arms, Jo hugs her and swears for her and his son he’ll do his very best.
