Truly it is so exciting, I am away at the moment and have not finished the book as yet . But I shall be putting a review ASAP. I really I am enjoying it!

Gate Keepers :7

And so they crawled out of the churning soup of life

Barely standing they reached forth from the slime, so began the strife.

More trouble these creatures than any that had gone before.

The gate keepers wandered why of all the creatures on  the earth, these they feared more.

At first they were gentle creatures eating berries and hurting naught

But all too soon they changed in the floodlight of evolution they were caught.

Man grew, he thrived he took from mother earth forgetting to pay her back.

The gate keepers were shocked  by their attitude and grieve to see that gratitude they lack.

So tired was mother nature  and she had hardly just begun

Her tears were flowing freely and her ice was melting  under the sun.

These humans grew in stature and this planet they heartlessly raped .

The gate keepers were speechless as they watched their mouths agape.

Eyes closed better to hear , the gatekeeper watches as the shadows grow near.

Her nerves are steady and her heartbeat silent she knows there is much to fear.

The mists of time curl cold around her well placed feet

Honest is she  but she faces the dark and the shadows full of deceit.

Her sister sword in hand  defies all with flashing eyes she makes her stand.

With  the knowledge of all  she knows, every second will run as planned.

Suddenly across the void  a lonely bell begins to toll

Layer upon layer ,  life , time and legend will unfold.
