At Kat Myrman‘s suggestion, along with Jane Dougherty, I’m trying out the Lune form this month. The Lune is a three line poem, either 5/3/5 syllables or 3/5/3 words.
Red against the white
In the sun
Nature colours bright.

Friday thoughts
The sun keeps playing PeepBo
With clouds skidding across the sky
First the temperature is high then low
I am feeling calm, I don’t know why.
Dog at feet she loves the heat
Dreaming of earlier walk she sighs
Above helicopters with the planes compeat
Bids sing and vapour trails adorn the skies.
Sitting here is rare for me
With dog sleeping gently worry free
Usually too busy to smell the Rose,
See what I have, or feel the breeze as it blows.
