/Welcome back to your daily prompt! It’s January 6th, so this is the 6th prompt for Just Jot it January 2022, and it’s brought to us by Pamela. Thank you so much, Pamela! Please be sure to visit her blog to read her post and say hello. And follow her while you’re there, if you’re not already.

Your prompt for JusJoJan January 6th, 2022, is “anticipation.” Use the word “anticipation” any way you’d like. Enjoy!

Now I have had a very weird day so I am going to come at this post in a weird way….if I have had to cope with the stressful all day I at least think I could blow off some steam here.

Anticipation or as my addle brain is seeing the word Anti citipation…

I am anti citipation, I don’t like precipitation, rain/snow, uck, being wet is my least favourite condition. If I know it’s coming I am in dread anticipation!
Okay thats just me playing with words, spelling and pronunciation.
Anticipation is often the best part of anything, a party, a date. A baby the nine, or there about gestation, anticipation can be the best part of parenthood ….but we do, well most of us, love our children, and then reality excells anticipation. ( Though I know parenthood can be a nightmare)
So we are still in the throws of an infant year and we are all in anticipation of what it might bring.
Will things improve I hope so but I don’t anticipate anything changing  much,  soon 💜

Acrostic Friday.

Frivourously  fluttering  her skirts around  and hinting  at  change

Rekindling hope in our hearts  she  bangs  the  door of  any  blues in  range

Idly painting her nails, fingers  and  toes, to  hell with the  rest of  the clique

Days gone, days to come,  days  for having fun. She is  the Queen of  the week

Anti slog, against all types of drugery. Wake up  Sleepy Head

You need to be up and  at ’em! It is  Friday . That is what I said.

Monday Acrostic Poem

Monday morning  breaks  with  a creak and  a moan

Oh! why  did it  chase  off Sunday  night  back  to it’s home?

No one  wants  to  get up  and  face  the  new  week

Dancing under  the  stars last night  we looked  so sleek.

All good  things  come  to  a  final  end

Yet  you  and I  have Friday evening  to look forward  to  my  friend!

The Christmas Tree

waiting to come in

Sitting the garden , he’s been there all year, waiting and growing happily and now his time is nearly here. He has been moved from the rockery to the patio he is so excited for his next move will be back indoors you know!!

He is patiently waiting in the freezing cold, wind and rain for his second chance to be decorated again! Last year he so bedazzled us we were all fair speechless and soon he will be resplendent  all decked out in his Christmas completeness!

Will it be tomorrow or will it be Saturday no one really knows the answer is hard to say! He already looks so lovely his beautiful bluey, green I really think that he is the bestest tree I have ever seen.
