You can use the 3TC, #threethingschallenge or TTC as a tag and the logo if you wish.

Your three things today are:
BELLY
LIQUID
HUNGER

Jaw dropping

Many years back while I was working in customer services in a Waitrose, I developed a very strange problem. Over the course of s week I found it more and more impossible to chew or even speak. One morning I woke up and my jaw was clamp firmly shut.
I had to visit the Dr, who when he stopped laughing sent me to see a Maxillofacial Specialist, in fact the Dr rang my dentist and asked him to refer me as he could do so quicker than a Dr.
Long story short I had a clamp shut jaw for about three months.
I could only have liquid food all that time. It was no fun and I did suffer from hunger a lot and belly ache probably because it was empty!
My main fear was I would be sick and I did feel sick a lot. Now because my jaw was clamped shut I worried if I was sick I would choke to death. Luckily I didn’t and I am here to tell the tale.
They never found the cause so it was put down to a ” Mystery Virus” .

Your three things today are:
LAUGH
NIP
FIX

“Don’t make me laugh” she said, with meaning. “Just look at the state of this dress. It is huge I look like orphan Annie. No one is going to take me seriously looking like this.”
“Don’t worry we can fix that with a nip here and a tuck there we can have you cat walk ready for that interview.” Her friend replied smiling”
Jane laughed, “And my face? Can you do the same for that”
Bridie smiled at her nervous friend thinking never mind the face it the confidence that needs a nip and tuck, but she answered Jane ” Make up hun, just a little make up and you will wow them “

Your three things today are:
CASH
ENVELOPE
MOBILE

Tom’s mobile buzz as it danced around the worktop. His eyes opened wide as he read the text. “£4000 in an envelope by noon”
Tom was stunned, unbelieving of what he’d read. Who would be threatening him and why?
The phone buzz again, “Sorry predicted text, I meant £40. pounds in cash, in an envelope. Need it by noon, the guys dropping the tickets off and will only take cash”
Tom looked again and recognise it was his brother’s number. In his panic he’d not looked at the number.
Excellent he said to himself he got those tickets to the match. He’d drop his n money round immediately. Phew!!

Today’s things are Tools, Wood, Job.…..

He always said give me the tools and wood and I’ll fix the job. Funnily he did, right to the end. At the funeral everyone marvelled at the exquisite coffin.

Welcome to The Three Things Challenge.

Mike was busy setting up for Immie, he had his headphones on and could hear her voice. He turned the knobs to clean out the background noise. He was absolutely starving, lunch time he thought. He opened his backpack and grabbed his lunch ate it quickly. As he finished he threw the wrappers in the trash. Back to work he thought, humming along.

Welcome to The Three Things Challenge.

The twins were identical to look at. Tempramentally though they were chalk and cheese. Their parents had a real job on their hands, they were a nightmare to handle.

When the girls got to seven years they both showed a great interest in music. They were each bought a violin, they learnt to play and were both exstremely talented. Music was the only thing the the girls could agree about and even that could become competitive!

They became professionals when they grew up they always played together. The only way to tell them apart was the violins, Vanessa’s violin was acoustic and May’s was electric and so had a wire!

Welcome to The Three Things Challenge.

Duck shouted Desmond, as the fists started to fly, tables and chairs were pushed out of the way as the brawl took hold.

The police were quickly on the scene and waded in slowly restoring order.

Meanwhile across the road in the bank , Desmond’s brothers casually made off with the bootee.

Welcome to The Three Things Challenge.

It’s war out there, each man woman and child for themselves. Except it’s not war is it this is a time we should all be pulling together.

Trina approached work with the rising panic she had felt all this month. As she tapped in the entry code on back door pad she checked behind her to make sure no one was watching. Entering the warehouse she was relieved to see all her co workers there. “Hi, Trina are you ready for another day of panic buying fun? ” It was Tom the shop manager, a say shop was an understatement it was infact a superstore.

Trina laughed wryly “Fun, really , I wouldn’t call it fun. Not after that woman threw a punch yesterday and it all went south! It took SCO 19 an hour to sort out the pandemonium. ”

Ten minutes later in her Waitrose uniform and stab jacket Trina walked up the shop floor to the customer service desk, dodging customers and goods alike.
