LindaGHill is here again in my email and she is very excited, she had this to say: “And, it’s a wrap! Today is our thirty-first prompt for Just Jot it January 2023. This month has felt like the longest month ever, and yet it’s flown by. I won’t say too much here because I want to leave some for tomorrow’s wrap up post. But what do you say we finish this thing with a flourish?

I write because it keeps me alive
because it is the one thing I have that is mine and mine alone and unless they remove my brain or fingers it will always will be.
I write because there is so much inside my head screaming to get out. So much so that I have removed so many earlier posts about me and pain, worries and family because they really were not for publication.
Amazingly what started as therapy as I learned to walk again after breaking my back the second time hasn’t it turned into something quite different. Hopefully it has grown as I have and is no longer a pity party…Oh! I do hope so!
I write because I have met so wonderful people and they have given me strength… Thank you all so much.
I write because I want to!
