Ronovan Writes #Weekly #Haiku #Poetry Prompt #Challenge 446 CHIRP and Hello.

This week I’ve written a Haiku inspired by this mornings walk with Ruby.

Cold frosty morning
Across frozen fields we tramp
Birds from frosted trees
Chirp having survived the night
Bleak midwinter’s harsh hello.

Ronovanwrite’s.

This is part of Ronovanwrite’s Weekly Haiku Challenge.

    Well-played Rubydog.

Yes I know you helped her, Willow. Somebody has to type right?

    Lots of love and woofs

What a great photo and tanka, Willow. We have a skiff of crusty snow and grays skies. Brrr…

I thought I’d try my hand at dog haiku:

    I lift my leg and
Pee on each bush. Hello, Spot
    Sniff this and weep.

    My human is home!
I am so ecstatic, I have
    Made a puddle.
