Scoop out pumpkin flesh, and remove seeds. Throw flesh cut in chunks in a fryingpan with mixed herbs , large onion and large potato, all just peeled and cut into chunks, just brown very lightly. Make a stock with three knor vegetable cubes a good pint. Put a teaspoon of cumin in the stock. Then put everything in the stock, bring to the boil then simmer for one to two hours. The blend or wizz so it is thick enough to grout a floor 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🍁🍁🍁🍁

And don’t forget to roast the seeds! A little oil, and salt and slow bake until they are crunchy (they taste like popcorn!)
Oct 25, 2022 @ 06:22:48

So, so, soooooo good! Mick’s favourite snack: pumpkin seed and Babybell cheese with a glass of wine 😉 🎃🍁🧡🎃🍁🧡
Oct 25, 2022 @ 16:50:34
Definitely going to try that 💜
Oct 25, 2022 @ 23:25:35
When you remove the seeds, just remove the pulp, don’t rinse them. For every cup of seeds, you need about 1 tbsp of oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Spread them on a parchment or aluminum lined cookie sheet in one layer and bake them at a low of 250℉ (120℃) for 1.5 hours about, until they are dry and crunchy… 🧡
Oct 26, 2022 @ 09:02:07
I am definitely going to try that 😃 thanks 💜💜
Oct 26, 2022 @ 15:20:10
