Well a really great get up and dance to track from Fleetwood Mac is Tusk. I think it fits the bill.
Tusk is the twelfth studio album by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released as a double album on 12 October 1979. It is considered more experimental than their previous albums: partly a consequence of Lindsey Buckingham‘s sparser songwriting arrangements and the influence of post-punk. The production costs were estimated to be over $1 million (equivalent to $3.57 million in 2020), making it the most expensive rock album recorded to that date. The song of the same name peaked at number eight in the United States for three weeks, reached number six in the United Kingdom (where it was certified Silver for sales of over 250,000 copies), number five in Canada, and number three in Australia. It was one of the first songs to be released using a digital mixdown from an original analog source. The single was released with two different picture sleeves in many territories: the first featured the black and white picture of producer/engineer Ken Caillat’s dog Scooter snapping at a trouser leg, the same as that used for the album cover, whilst the second featured a plain cover with the same font as the album cover but without the dog picture. A limited promotional 12-inch version, featuring mono and stereo versions, was also released to US radio stations.
Why don’t you ask him if he’s going to stay? Why don’t you ask him if he’s going away? Ay… Why don’t you tell me what’s going on? Why don’t you tell me who’s on the phone? O-o-o Why don’t you ask him what’s going on? Why don’t you ask him the latest on his throne? Hooga haaga hooga Don’t say that you love me Just tell me that you want me Tusk Just say that you want me Don’t tell me that you Tusk Real savage like Ugh Tusk Tusk Tusk TuskSource: MusixmatchSongwriters: Lindsey Buckingham.

The pair landed back in the Lab, Morgana still giggling and Merlin hanging on to his box of skulls. “What are you going to do with those old bones Hun” Morgana asked mockingly. ” None of your business” was Merlin’s terse reply as he headed off to his room Morgarna’s laugh ringing in his ears. As he entered his room he heard the click and smelt the smoke as Morgana lit up another cigarette and poured herself a Bacardi and Coke, shutting his door he thought “she’s an alcoholic chain smoker ” shaking his head he heard her shouting back,in his head “Yes and proud of it’
After they had finished dinner Morgana waved her hand casually and the table cleared itself and the dishes put themselves into the dishwasher. “What are you playing at” asked Merlin looking a tad surprised. “The rules were no un- necessary magic” “Well Hun I made the rules and as it’s ‘All Hallows Eve’ I thought I would treat myself to some saucery feel free to join in just for tonight.”
At about 7pm they both dressed up in their finest, Merlin as a grey wizard and Morgana as a sorceress. They’d not worn these clothes for years and were delighted to find that they fitted perfectly. It was a cold dark night and as they stepped through wall of their lab on to the street they gave a gang of young lads the fright of their life’s. “We need a nice pumpkin” Morgana announced, “Come on let’s get over to the allotments and see if there is a nice one there.” Laughing like children as they ran across the road their feet only just touching the ground as though they wanted to fly they had decided not too draw too much attention to themselves! There were children running around dressed up as all-sorts, some traditional, some contemporary but none as good as Morgarna and Merlin.
“Over here Morgana I found the perfect one… Not too large nor too small” “Yup that one is perfect” Morgana took the pumpkin and ran her nails over it producing a terrifying face then lighting a cigarette she also produced a lit, tea light to make pumpkin man more scary! They found a cane and attached the head to it and marched off towards the nearby housing estate to “scare the bejesus out of as many unsuspecting children as possible.
“Oh I need a drink” laughed Morgarna “That woman’s face was a picture when you turned her horrid little boys into three sprites” ” Not half as bad as when you turned them back and told her to take more water with it” chuckled Merlin, “pour me one while you are at it , I’ll have whatever you are having” Morgana and Merlin both slumped down on to the sofa, Bacardi and Coke and fish and a chips supper on their laps. “Anything good on box” asked Merlin. “Halloween” Morgarna smirked.
Streams of burning lanterns named Jack. Ghosts and ghouls flighing through the night. Skeletons dance with happy sprites. Fashion for the undead on track. The New Orange is truly Black. It is the dead end of the year Long dark evenings full of fear Dark witch stirs her bubbling cauldron Pumpkin soup all laced with saffron Shes so pleased Halloween is here.

My alter ego is MJ – Mary Jane from Spiderman. I love superheros!
M J Mallon was born in Lion city Singapore, a passionate Scorpio with the Chinese Zodiac sign of a lucky rabbit. She spent her early childhood in Hong Kong. During her teen years, she returned to her father’s childhood home, Edinburgh where she spent many happy years, entertained and enthralled by her parents’ vivid stories of living and working abroad. Perhaps it was during these formative years that her love of writing began inspired by their vivid storytelling. She counts herself lucky to have travelled to many far-flung destinations and this early wanderlust has fuelled her present desire to emigrate abroad. Until that wondrous moment, it’s rumoured that she lives in the UK, in the Venice of Cambridge with her six-foot hunk of a rock god husband. Her two enchanting daughters have flown the nest but often return with a cheery, heart-warming smile to greet her.
MJ’s writing credits also include a multi-genre approach: paranormal, best-selling horror, supernatural short stories, flash fiction, and poetry. he has worked with some amazing authors and bloggers compiling an anthology/compilation set during the early stages of COVID-19 entitled This Is Lockdown and later she wrote a spin off poetry collection, Lockdown Innit.
She’s been blogging for many moons at her blog home Kyrosmagica, (which means Crystal Magic,) where she celebrates the spiritual realm, her love of nature, crystals and all things magical, mystical, and mysterious.
MJ’s motto is…
To always do what you Love, stay true to your heart’s desires, and
and inspire others to do so too, even if it appears that the odds are stacked against you like black hearted shadows.
Her favourite genre to write is
Fantasy/magical realism because life would be dull unless it is sprinkled with a liberal dash of extraordinarily imaginative magic!

Song Lyric Sunday October 24 time for Jim Adams prompt. This week it Atoll, Island, Key, Lagoon, Peninsula, Reef, Tropical suggested by Tales from the mind of Kristian. Well I got all the words this week!
First up a really long rap…but a fun video plus it has island and peninsula in the lyric…bonus!
The song’s beat was originally produced for Project Pat, who used it on the track “Choose U” from his 2002 album Layin’ Da Smack Down. The instrumental contains a sample of “I Choose You” by Willie Hutch. The song hit number 70 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, making it their first and only song to reach the chart.[1] The song’s official remix, featuring verses from Three 6 Mafia, is a bonus track on the album.
The song’s official music video, directed by Bryan Barber, premiered on MTV Jams on June 4, 2007. The video is centered on the fictional wedding of Outkast member Andre 3000, progressing through the men’s waiting room before the ceremony, the wedding itself, the reception, and the afterparty dance. Before the wedding ceremony, UGK member Bun B and friends ridicule Andre 3000 for supposedly rushing into getting married, and poke fun at him for wearing a red kilt (“I’ve got Scottish in my family,” Andre calmly states).
DJ Paul humorously says that it makes him look like Roddy Piper of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Andre defends his decision to get married, saying that he is ready to take the next step in life, and in turn berates his friends for not looking to get into commitments themselves. During the wedding, Andre talks about text messaging past flings and telling them that he has found love and will be giving up his life as a player. The audience remains seated as the bride, played by actress Salina Soto (CSI:NY, Forbidden), marches to the altar, a boy plays with an oversize toy spaceship, and one of Andre’s past flings makes a side remark to him (the verse that is being rapped), to the dismay of her date, Fonzworth Bentley.
A choir and its director sing the “I Choose You” vocals as the wedding progresses, while the groomsmen and other friends implore Andre to “keep your heart, 3 stacks!”. Later at the afterparty, two of Andre’s past flings get into an argument while attempting to catch the bride’s bouquet, which escalates into a full-blown fist fight that destroys the wedding cake and much of the buffet.
So I typed a text to a girl I used to see Sayin that I chose this cutie pie with whom I wanna be And I apologize if this message gets you down Then I CC’d every girl that I’d see see round town and I hate to see y’all frown but I’d rather see her smiling Wetness all around me, true, but I’m no island Peninsula maybe, makes no sense I know, crazy Give up all this pussycats thats in my lap no lookin back Spaceships dont come equipped with rearview mirrors They dip as quick as they can The atmosphere is now ripped Im so like a Pip, Im glad its night So the light from the sun would not burn me on my bum When I shoot the moon high, jump the broom Like a premie out the womb My partner yellin “Too soon! “Archipelago” was first released for Songs that Swing Left in September 2018. I think it’s really a beautiful song.
What if one day we just refused to play? With no one to hate, they’d be out of a job You’ve gone off script, you just can’t walk away Leave us naked, fleeced and racked with sobsWhoa We’re locked in a death grip and it’s taking its toll When our enemies are what make us whole Listen to me No more excuses, no more apathy This ain’t no archipelago, no remote atollAll my enemies, they just fall in love with me Keeping us distracted while the till gets robbed All our cries were cried Now there are no sides Try selling that one to an angry mobWhoa J. Edgar Hoover wore a white mink stole His enemies are what made him whole Oh, what made him whole (His enemies are what made him whole) Whoa A three-headed monster swallows Tokyo Her enemies are what make her whole (Her enemies are what make her whole) Whoa (Our enemies are what make us whole) We’re locked in a death grip and it’s taking its toll When our enemies are what make us whole (Our enemies are what make us whole) Whoa (Our enemies are what make us whole) No more excuses, no more apathy This ain’t no archipelago, no remote atoll (Our enemies are what make us whole) (Our enemies are what make us whole)Source: LyricFind.

Still Corners are a British/American dream pop band formed in 2007 consisting of songwriter/producer Greg Hughes and vocalist Tessa Murray. Black Lagoon by Still Corners, released 17 August 2018. I love this song.
“Black Lagoon”
Turning back into the tide Watching the beach from the other side We swim with the moon To an island in the black lagoon
Dreaming as the hours fade away Watching as the sunlight does the same Everything we are is on the line Let’s pretend it’s not us tonight
Can’t get away Can’t get away Can’t get away Can’t get away
Running back into the tide Sapphire eyes up the southern night We swim with the moon To an island in the black lagoon
Can’t get away Can’t get away Can’t get away Can’t get away
An island in the black lagoon To an island in the black lagoon To an island in the black, black To an island in the black, black
I can find no real info on Ian McGinnis but I really like this rap and the lyrics. The words make us stop and think.
Straws under the sea Take it from me The Straws are better Down where it’s wetter Take it from me Down under the sea where straws get eaten Disappearing coral is caused by heatin’ Getting hard to breathe under the sea But stop tryin’ to take those straws from me Coral reefs are calm like a manatee Too bad they live in estuaries Coral reefs need that Vitamin D Explains the many coral reefs there are in Hawaii For keeping them around, give thanks to algae To swim in a coral reef, you better be a VIP We don’t know where the coral reefs go They all gone from Australia to Puerto Rico The reef numbers are at an all time low Just like a current I got that turbulent flow Fish, fish, fish Music come from Heaven like an Angelfish Music be fire like a Firefish Haters on my music like Clownfish I’m the alpha like a Lionfish Treat you real nice like a Cuttlefish Move real fast like a Dartfish I’ma be a state symbol like a Cardinalfish Coral reefs are made of polyps Not that many left so we call it a dollop 25 percent of ocean life Coral being cut up with a knife So many different types of coral People destroying it, that’s immoral Made up of calcium and limestone But they can not be homegrown We don’t know where the coral reefs go They all gone from Australia to Puerto Rico The reef numbers are at an all time low Just like a current I got that turbulent flow Getting hard to breathe under the sea But stop tryin’ to take those straws from me Coral reefs are calm like a manatee Too bad they live in estuaries Coral reefs need that Vitamin D Explains the many coral reefs there are in Hawaii For keeping them around, give thanks to algae To swim in a coral reef, you better be a VIP Save the straws, save the straws, save the plastic Just like surface tension it’s elastic Saving the coral reefs will take something drastic Take it back to the times when it was classic You don’t want to drink out of no paper Liquid dissolves that straw like water vapor We going all the way to the top like a skyscraper Coral reefs are delicate like tissue paper We don’t know where the coral reefs go They all gone from Australia to Puerto Rico The reef numbers are at an all time low Just like a current I got that turbulent flowSource: LyricFind.
