Ronovan Writes Décima Poetry Challenge Prompt No. 13 (TRUE) This week, it’s the C rhyme line.

This is part of Ronovanwrite’s Décima poetry challenge which is also linked to his Weekly Haiku Challenge.

We are diminished as a whole
Like ever decreasing circles
Drifting out to Gaia’s center
Gentle ripples in times echo
Resounding loudly as they go
We’ve nearly lost fight it’s true
Blackening the earth and skies too
Can we escape the sands of time
Or will the bells ring out deaths chimes.
Is there anything we can do.
