Well she is extremely skilled and knows her anatomy well, it’s just the way she explains how we do not use our bodies properly, but she really confuses me. Eg. If you use your elbows instead of your shoulder blades that’s wrong. Eeeeeeek whatever she’s a great teacher 💜
