Daily Prompt – JusJoJan the 26th, 2020. Busy.

It’s Sunday, and time for your 26th prompt for Just Jot it January 2020. Today’s prompt comes to us compliments of Saumya. Thank you so much, Saumya! Please be sure to visit her blog to read her post and say hello. And follow her while you’re there!

Your prompt for JusJoJan January 26th, 2020, is “busy.” Use the word “busy” any way you’d like. Enjoy!

Mother in law last year on her 99th Birthday.

Today is Sunday and every Sunday we have mother in law over for the day and cook her a dinner or take her out to lunch at a pub.

Today we are cooking so I am busy. We also had to pop over to her house yesterday to sort out her phone…which when we arrived the phone was miraculously okay. Hey it’s only a 24 mile round trip. Today hubby will be busy driving 48miles on the four trips to and throw.

It keeps him busy, it keeps me and it keeps her busy too, as she likes to go out. Did I mention she is 100yrs old this year. We are busy arranging a big 100th Birthday Tea Party for her at a local Afternoon Tea Venue.

Anyway she doesn’t like it if I get my phone out when she is here , she likes to keep me busy giving all my attention to her! 😁

So I have to go now and check the dinner 💜 Have a good day and keep busy.

Your husband and you are very kind to entertain your MIL every week. We had Terence’s mom over today for Michael’s 14th birthday. We hadn’t seen them since Christmas Day which is unusually long. Michael’s starting school and all its demands over the first few weekends and TErence’s travelling for work are responsible.

You know the old joke about “they don’t look a day over 90”? In your mother-in-law’s case, it’s true. When is her birthday?

My mother in law doesn’t like me either. I know that because back in 2006 she shouted at me, I hate you!.. yes nice. You are very good to entertain her every Sunday. She looks great for nearly 100! some people are just incredible, I’m sure she has some interesting stories..
