I read your post this morning, and an hour ago my daughter called me after spending all morning at the vets with her Golden retriever. Her Golden who found a can of grease “the husband” was supposed to have thrown away after Thanksgiving but was waiting for it to freeze outside. The grease that the Golden found and licked all up. Lots of vomiting from both ends, IV liquids and antibiotics. Oh, our dogs. Yes, we must keep an eye on them…always!
