Today is the first Tuesday in the month so we can choose our own two prompts for Colleen’s Tuesday Tanka Challenge.

I have chosen Autumn and Age. I am using each of those words and I am using the form of a Nonet.


The sands of time run out on my life.

No too fast but the years mount up

Like the seasons we all change

I’ve become Autumnal

In this I see much

Beauty, knowledge

That comes with
