It was Pilates this morning only the second lesson I have managed since the sepsis. Discussing how I was feeling, I mentioned my arm, back and foot as problem areas.
Teacher: which is worse?
Me : well me foot is a pain in the neck!
Teacher: your right! what have I been telling you for months it all connected.
