The Friday Reminder and Prompt for #SoCS Dec. 29/18

This is my entry for Stream of Consciousness Saturday. Hosted by LindaGHill.

This week, the last #SoCs of this year Linda has said we should : Either ask someone in the room with you to give you a word prompt or turn on the TV or the Radio and pick a word from the first sentence you hear.

Well I was sitting in the living room with two friends and hubby. I asked my friend Anne for a prompt word. Her immediate reply was Productive.

Productive, yes that is how you could describe today so far. So far I have cleaned most of the house, washed floors, hoovered and dusted, put the washing on and had a shower.

That is quite productive in its own right was but it is so pointless really. What with Ruby in and out of the kitchen, hubby attacking the back gate with a plane and the damp dull weather the house will be dusty, and dirty in no time …

Hubby has been productive too he has walked Ruby, been to the bottle bank, and as I have already said he is fixing the back garden gate.

Well although this post is entitled Productive I am not feeling it at all. So there you go this piece of dribble is brought to you care of #SoCs. Happy weekend everyone.πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

Now look hubby and Ruby sweeping up now I do call that productive. 😁

So far I’ve spoken to.my Finnduan family… Eaten a very late breakfast, read, watched TV, played games on my phone…and not got out of bed. It’s nearly 1pm!!! But I think mine entitled to a rest!
And you reminded me, we need to get to the bottle bank too!!!

Productivity is all relative willow, its what you believe it to be, I could argue NOT doing housework is productive as I suck at doing it. Anyway best wishes for the new year.

Houses always have to be cleaned just to get dirty again. It is a very thankless task so well done on doing it.

Well now… my productivity level is not worth mentioning after reading yours…
I took a shower, wrote a short blog post, went to the movies, came home, made a sandwich and read blogs…
