I’m with Ruby. That’s certain the strangest looking fire hydrant I’ve ever seen. 🙂

It’s not a fire hydrant! The yellow cover has been on the this street, covering a man size manhole for over too months! The first cover’s nails worked loose and became a trip hazzard to people and dangerous for dogs too, especially my friend who is blind and has two small children and a guide dog. The nails worked their way out and the cover was moveable exposing the hole,even more dangerous! We got it fixed but it has worked free again so I complained to the utility company in question they have put another yellow cover there and a light weight red danger sign which will blow away at the first strong wind. Both Ruby and I are not impressed!

It is very inadequate, the hubby made sure it was still there this morning, he had to move it back and I checked it this afternoon… Ruby sends you licks 💜💜💜
