Song Lyric Sunday 23/09/2018,

This is my entry for Helen Vahdati’s Song Lyric Sunday. Helen has not been very well this week so I want to wish her well and happy soon .

This week’s prompt is SLEEP.

#songlyricsunday

I have chosen my favourite singer songwriter Imogen Heap‘s song Sleep.

“Sleep”

How can it feel so nice?
Why does it feel so right?
I think I’ve been somewhere special
I want to go back there

Sleep
I think I will
Go back to sleep

Oh it’s so cold and shivery outside my cocoon
Now I’m on my way

Sleep
Oh sleep
Sleep

A to Z lyrics

Happy Sunday everyone.

Wow, what a beautiful song! I can imagine listening to this right before bed and having it lull me into blissful sleep. Great choice, Willow!

Oh dang.. this was very peaceful. I could be easily lulled to sleep with this one.

Very nice! Love the melodic pace. Fun Fact – I featured a song from Josh Groban’s “Awake” album…and Imogen was one of the albums producers! πŸ˜€
