The big Man could not find the hotline to Hell. Meanwhile down on earth Azreal had it. As usual it was Satan’s fault. Take a long walk along a canal he had told the feckless angel. Absent mindedly Azreal put the phone on a post. Lose it Satan had told him, stupid pink thing!
