Review. Skipping Stones by Betty Hayes Albright.

I ordered Betty Hayes Albright’s new book Skipping Stones on Thursday night and it arrived this morning. I read it in one go and I truly enjoyed every word.

The book is beautifully presented with big pure white pages and clear print. It is set out in four sections, two of poetry and two of her magical Maeberrie Books. I am a huge fan of Betty’s style of poetry and her Maeberrie Saga.

The Blurb:

Skipping Stones ISBN 9781720385219. Four Windows Press.

You can find Betty at Seasonings her blog is well worth the visit.

If you love poetry, earth and magical poetry especially than this is definitely the book for you.

        Thank you again!
I donโ€™t have my copies yet and am worried the printer is using copy from the original, uncorrected proof. Could you do me a favor and go to page 29 and tell me if there are commas or semi colons after lots and spots? Should be commas if they used the correct revision.

Hi Betty just seen your request after dinner. Page 29 lots and spots have semi colons not commas.

Oh no…. That means they used the proof version instead of the revised version. I have emailed Thomas. Thank you for checking, Willow.
Also, thank you so much for the reviews! ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’•โค๏ธ

Yes, definitely okay, I’m glad you did! Otherwise I wouldn’t have known what printer was doing. Not a big deal, but there were several lines in the Maeberrie story that had been improved, plus formatting changes that Thomas made. Oh well, I’m just so glad you liked it. That makes me feel better. ๐Ÿค—โค๏ธ
