I used to have two repeat dreams. One was that I couldn’t find my father in a maze and the other was that I hadn’t given Michael his medicine and he was dying. I would wake up frantic after both these dreams. I have them less now and I don’t dream much about other things.

The things that play on our subconscious mind play on us. When we think about it logically we can see why we dream the dreams we do they are like a pressure valve protecting us. 💜💜
