A Seasonal Acrostic Poem.
Summer has fled, shown us her heels
Evergreen nature is turning the wheels
Autumn arrives with a woosh and a bang
Soups made of pumpkin cooking in a pan
Old leaves are blowing and swirling around
Nights drawing in acorns on the ground.
All Soul’s become Halloween
Lanterns and trick or treaters are seen.

Thank you Betty, the photo was taken at 3pm as the tail end of Hurricane Ophelia skimmed by us in the South of England after battering Ireland Scotland and Wales. It was very eirrie!

I heard about that Willow. Glad you came through it okay. Must’ve been quite a storm, even after traveling so far. Climate change is causing bad storms everywhere, not to mention the fires and flooding. We’ve been having record rains here this week….

Yikes! Yes, when you put it that way. Have you ever heard of Edgar Cayce? His books were popular in the 60s and 70s, (after his death, I think). He predicted everything that’s happening decades ago. Scary….
