Our great leader, Sacha Black said: Your Challenge is to write your story using the weekly prompt in 52 Words, Exactly, no more no less.
Our prompt this week is to use the word Pyramid.
Pyramid Acrostic Poem
Pharos wanting everlasting life
Yearned to pass from this world of strife.
Regal monarch’s treasure trove
All their worldly goods behove
Minions locked in with them to die
Inturred to starve,no one to hear their cry.
Deadly job inside a Pyramid.

Love it, what do you think of it as the first part of an acros Tic, (an invention by Jules Paige, (unless you know differnt)), a you me collaboration?
A PYRAMID acros Tic
Pharos wanting everlasting life
Yearned to pass from this world of strife.
Regal monarch’s treasure trove
All their worldly goods behove
Minions locked in with them to die
Interred to starve, no one to hear their cry.
Deadly job inside a Pyramid.
Pharos tombes did belie.
Yes, the truth on how some did die.
Realised when hiroglyphs were deciphered,
Actions that alluded to corruption, inspired
Murderes to conceal their relatives greed.
Invariably to allow them to commit a bad deed
Death hides many secrets, now revealed, freed!

Excellent Mick I am going to reblog 🤗💝💝
Sep 01, 2017 @ 21:54:58
No objection to a reblog, however it would be better if you copied the collaboration and pasted it into a new blog post, that way more people will get to see, read it. 🙂
