Stream of Consciousness Saturday

This week LindaGHill of Life in Progress said our Saturday Stream of Consciousness  prompt this week is: Yard,”Use it any way you’d like. You can even add letters to it to make a new word! Have fun!”

I see the prompt, Yard, as that last ounce of commitment and effort we all need to make in lives to reach our goal and hit our deadlines.

Rules and Pingback here

The last Yard!

It is not the last mile

That brakes your smile

It is the last but one yard

When the wall hits you hard.

We are all court in the yard

Trying to live life to the full

Doing our best no bull.

Don’t give up make the last two yards

Very nice poem and great photo to go along with it. I hope to hit no walls this week and I wish the same for you.
