Elusive : Haiku

To strive  and to dream

Every minute spent in chase

Of you goal, your keen

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ELUSIVE : ACROSTIC
Endlessly  chasing  those dreams
Longinly striving  it  seems
Unashamedly  fighting  your own quest
Steadily  gaining  ground  achieving  your  best
Instinctively  climbing  that  hill
Vieing   for  pole position imposing  your will
Even  now,  you know  the  elusive will be  yours .
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Elusive  Happiness : Poem

Happiness is  an elusive  thing

As rare  gossamer thread on angel wings.

Reach out  for  happiness  and  back it  springs.

Nay! It’s  not  for  you, you  human things!

Tear my  chest open

Put my lost heart on my sleeve

Blood flows I’m broken

Joy

A tear begins the

The  flow of  new emotions

Joy  for  you  and  me

Global Warming

Harmful rays flow  through

A large  tear in the ozone

Nothing we can do?

Everyone  has  compromise  well sewn up  today  because  we  all know  that  without  compromise  the  world  would  grind  to  a halt. There can  be  no  business, relationships, politics  or  anything else  without it. So I  am going  down  the  road  of  “To compromise a  plan, a chance  or  a treatment ”

Compromise

Lips too close he said

Your refusal to play nice

Will compromise marks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Not  feeling  well  today  so  that is  me  done …. before  I  compromise  my  recovery!
First of  all this photo,above, of  a  crisp early morning  frosted cobweb, nothing  can better  nature  for patterns. I just used a black and  white filter.
Below  a summer cobweb woven into  a bush. I simply  saturated  the colour on  this one.
Above is a Passion Flower they  grow in abundance around  here , I used  a black and  white  back ground with a colour on the  flower  to show it’s beauty.
Finally  below  is  a collage  of  all three photos. I  did not  mess  with  any of  the  photos  too much  as  I  think  Nature  makes  the  most  beautiful patterns herself.
CONTEMPT. Acrostic Poem
contempt
Could  there  ever  be
One  so  low  as  he
No one  ever  knew
The  contempt he  held just grew
Everyone was  below  his  care
Malicious were  the words  he’d  spare
Power  over  all he had
To shout contempt and  hit his gravel on it’s pad !
Alice lost  to  all
Through  the  glass darkly  she went
A push or  a  fall
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So gently  he  falls

Broken glass spilt sweet poison

Gently  death beckons

Forever  keeping peace

It  never  works  you always lose

Treading broken glass

TRANSCENDENT :

To escape beyond the  bounds  that  hold  you .To

Reach outside  that  which is  known.

Arms spread  like  wings  you  fly.

Nothing can stop  you, now you have cut  the ties.

Stretching  and  twisting free

Cutting  off  your roots you run

Earthbound  no more skyward ascending

Nowhere in mind or  out of  it  either

Drawn out of  the  everyday routine

Evolving faster  than  you can comprehend

No more doubts you now  know  that  you are

Transcendent
