Stream of Consciousness Saturday: Acrostic Hopelessness.

This  is part of  LindaGHill‘s Stream of Consciousness Saturday  . This  week  Linda said : Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is: “ho.” Find a word with the two letters–“ho”–in that order, and use it in your post. Enjoy!

Acrostic Hopelessness .

Hope left with not even a goodbye

Off  she  went  regardless of my  cry

Ever ready  to  surround  me

Loneliness  grabbed me so I could not  flee

Eager  to entrap me in it’s hold

Sinister  horror  surrounds  me whole

Slipping ever  further  from reality

Never knowing  if  ever again I will be free

Endless  questions  beset  my mind

Smothering me with hopelessness unkind

Sinking  deep into  the abyss, lost alone death  would be bliss.

You’ve done it again Willow!! This is so powerful and emotional – I can feel the despair! 🙂

Some dark corners in there, milady. Don’t hang out in them too long, without taking light with you…

May we never sink into such state of hopelessness. This is so profound

Sad theme but a lovely job. And I love the photo – perfect for the theme.

I can relate to these lines. I feel bad for poor P whose place is past.
