Well here we are into 3rd week of Love Is In Da Blog and Bee at Just Fooling Around With Bee said : Today I want to keep it simple. Or maybe it is not simple if you haven’t come into contact with “Mindfulness” so far.
Before I go to today’s prompt I want to quote Colleen over at “Silverthreading” who gives us the brilliant “Mindful Monday ~ Healthy Living” meme: ” I have found that being mindful encompasses the act of being watchful, aware, wary, heedful, alert, careful, or attentive, in whatever area in my life I feel it applies to, as I attempt to live in the present.”
I think that is a brilliant description of what Mindfulness might mean.
So today’s prompt is
Do you love Mindfulness?
Some food for thought here even though it does not directly fit in with Colleens “Healthy Living” topic.

Stop, close your eyes and listen to world as it speeds by
Take time to look in to your mind, hear your spirit see it fly.
Feel the sun , let it’s warmth touch you, heal you
Believe in your inner strength you it will tell you what to do!
You are special you are unique You must love yourself
Be good to yourself and those you love, this is the way of inner health.
Be mindful , cherish mindfulness set yourself free
Love the world, hear it’s words understand earths ways, be free.
Stop, close your eyes and listen to world as it speeds by
