If we were having Coffee: I would remind you that there are lots of other coffee mornings all shared and organized By Diana and Gene’O over at,Part time monster
Come on in it is nice to sit and have a chat after all the hustle and bustle of the past few days. I can still entertain you all with tea and coffee from all over the world not to mention all our cakes and muffins and as Paul calls them sweets! Every single one is calorie free! Plus of course we now have spirits and liquors to warm the coldest of you.
If we were having Coffee: I would say welcome and do come on in , find a seat and help yourselves to what ever you fancy. It has been a very busy week with Just Jot It January nearly into it’s third week and all organized by the extremely talented Linda G Hill over at Life in Progress . It has been very interesting and not without it’s trials! Worth checking out so many talented people joining in!
If we were having Coffee: It has also been a very busy week in the real world too where I have been busy getting back to normal after Christmas and New Year! Back to Pilates, this term with a new class and instructor. The new instructor is very different to the previous one, but I do like her so watch this space. Also it was back to core class. After two months off it was extremely hard! Still I am determined to get back into my routine and my gym buddy L is up for it too!
If we were having Coffee: I would ask you would you like another coffee or something to eat? Today is a busy Sunday as we have the hubby’s mother coming over and we are taking her out to lunch. Not only that but I have a coffee morning with the girls I used to work with . There is a monthly Sunday Morning gathering at one or the other coffee shops in the town. It is always a noisy and fun affair with lots of news and catching up to do!
If we were having Coffee: It has been a busy week with our middle son finally deciding to sort out the many boxes he has been storing in our garage for years! This has involved him making many trips to the local municipal dump! Unfortunately for me he has found lots of his clothes that he had thought he had lost and so who has been suckered in to washing drying and ironing them??? Well he does have the biggest brown eyes!!
If we were having Coffee: I would have to say we are all sill waiting patiently for our dear Paul Curran to rejoin us here at the coffee share but until he is well enough and up and running again we shall have to bide our time!
For now everyone Be well and happy!
If we were having Coffee Original idea from parttimemonster.
And of course the

Nice having coffee with you, Willow! I LOVE that cat picture at the top of your post. It’s so great you have someone who goes to the gym with you. It does help to have a partner in crime. Best of luck with it and with all that laundry. Good thing he’s cute, right? 😉
Jan 10, 2016 @ 08:45:34
Yup but all sons are cute to Mum are they not. It’s lovely to have you here for Coffee xxxx
Jan 10, 2016 @ 12:43:09
I suppose you’re right. But none of them have tried getting me to do laundry for quite a while, so they might seem a tad cuter to me. 😉
Jan 10, 2016 @ 14:43:53
Hehehe 🙂
Jan 10, 2016 @ 01:56:55
I so love the Pussycat picture! What an artist. Is it copyrighted or can I share it?
Jan 10, 2016 @ 08:43:19
You can share it as long as you share the link I have put under it! Gorgeous isn’t it. 🙂

Ironing them too?! I would probably do it, too. I know. I know. Soft spot. Very soft spot.
Rain, constant rain, brings me down. I do like rain, but not non stop for days and days. Just a day or two. I live where it rains a lot but we usually get a break in the rain every three or so days. Even a short break of an afternoon or morning with no rain helps! I hope it stops for you, soon!
Jan 10, 2016 @ 08:41:32
Yes sons there is no defence against them. As for the rain it is bad and there are terrible floods in parts of the UK but no doubt there will be a water shortage later in the year!! 🙂

I was about to close my office for the night and get to bed and then I saw one of your fab coffee post – wonderful as always. Now I want a latte and I must go to bed!
Jan 10, 2016 @ 08:25:04
Hi Sheri glad to hear you joined us, here is your latte and I plumped up your pillows! xxxx
Jan 12, 2016 @ 19:05:16
I feel so pampered. It’s been a long time since someone plumped the pillows for me. You are a great host. Someday, you’ll have to allow me to do the same for me. Here it is relatively early in the afternoon and I’m finally getting around to that latte.
Jan 12, 2016 @ 20:01:55
As I read this it nearly 10pm so I shall be plumping my own pillows soon . I am glad you find a haven here, if I have done or do nothing else I am proud to have made you feel at home!! 🙂
Jan 10, 2016 @ 16:39:47
Oh I know those ‘laundry eyes’ you speak of. Sons and mothers!
Jan 10, 2016 @ 17:29:24
Worse than lover’s 😉
Jan 10, 2016 @ 17:37:15
For sure, in a league of their own.😘
Jan 10, 2016 @ 17:58:29
Most definitely!! 😉
Jan 10, 2016 @ 19:49:17
Glad you had a good week—hope the coming week is a good one, too!
Jan 10, 2016 @ 20:12:35
You certainly have been busy! I laughed a lot about your son finding some of his clothes in the boxes he’d stored in your garage. Our son couldn’t find his sweaters for the last two years of college. I fumed at him, thinking he’d carelessly lost them or allowed them to be stolen from the laundry, and I refused to replace them. One year later, we needed a large suitcase to go on a trip, took it out of the storage closet and you guessed it, there were all of his sweaters. But I do like being the mother of boys!
Jan 10, 2016 @ 20:45:13
Me too, I love being Mum to my boys… they never cease to surprise me!!
Jan 10, 2016 @ 21:53:41

Feels good to get back into an exercise routine after the long holiday. Amazing how the barista makes these foamy work of art.

Have a lovely week!

Yes it is good to get back into gym routine but hard! Lovely to have you back at coffee… Yes give the Barista a medal!
