Graveyard Haiku

Early morning light patterns
Define the quite path
Dazzling cemetery.

Green leaves clinging to the stone
Covering corpse of bone
Final resting place alone.

There’s a whole graveyard full of folks – personally, I think when no one is looking that they chat and have clubs and such. ๐Ÿ˜€

Graveyards can be so picturesque and evoke so many feelings. Lovely job here, Willow.

Peaceful in its own way, Willow. Nice work, my friend.

The second haiku is excellent. It’s very definitive…covering bone…resting place alone. Those words painted a picture in my mind. (The first haiku is good too.)

    Heart wrenching.
You deliver a wealth of meaning in just a handful of words – brilliant!
Hope in time I can receive a follow from a lovely writer such as yourself (:
