Where the River Flows

Where are you flowing to river, tell me.
I am running away to meet the sea.
Where did you start from and where will you end.
Up in the hills on the high moor is where my friend.
Out to Sea and past the horizon I shall flow free.
God bless you river as you pass me, off on your journey from source to Sea.

The rivers in our part of the world are pretty wild at the present time. They are not at all peaceful such as the one in your photograph. I love the questions you ask of your river and of course the answers provided by the river.
