Day 19 Nano Poblano: Harsh words,crossed lines.

It is slipping  through  my fingers, I cannot catch it before it is too late

Slow motion drawls  the hateful words and still they come

I am trapped, frozen by fear I want to scream ‘Stop  the anger stop the hate.’

The things,  the people I love  the most  are  being pushed away

No way back so much said

A torrent from one side, a deluge of words. Silence  from the other. Nothing to say?

Stop it please God  help before  the link is cut and my heart is dead.

 

Shut up, shut off those stupid Christmas adverts they are  not true

Happy families, hearth and home all safe  and happy, snow falling?

Too many festive days  have ended in tears, a look a word …. you know that is true.

It is making  me ill with worry it is eating me up, I do not know  the line they are calling.

Words said in haste  cannot  be taken back so easily , they get stuck  they mutate

Meanings  get changed, the truth slips away through the cracks, it sneers

Twisting and pulling  the situation out of control. This is too much to contemplate.

I cannot see how they can find their way back, Too much testosterone , it will end in my tears.
