This was also MS Awareness month, but we don’t have the press breast cancer has. I hope someday that will change for all of us with orphan diseases.

Thank you for all your hard work in promoting Breast Cancer Awareness Willow. Your poetry and songs and prose were great in the promotion. Re: the song. You are probably aware of this – a Benjamin Franklin is an American hundred dollar bill, believed to be better when newer (crispy). Being a cancer survivor, even in a counry with socialized medicine, I can testify that the cost is enormous. Financially it can wipe you out (unless you happen to be one of the very lucky ones such as gov’t workers, whose costs are covered by their insurance, including wage replacement), and it affects relationships with family, job (of course), friendships, credit rating, everything (can even incude losing your driver’s liscence for medical reasons). It is insidious. And hugely costly. Those who have a lot of money can ride this out much better than the regular person.

Anyway, great month of posts and great song to close Willow. Thank You.

Dear Paul thank so much for your kind and good words of support it has been a very hard month all sorts of memories flooding back!
I am also so glad you have understood the video, bang on the nail you have, as ever eloquently explained what the video was about to anyone who was in any doubt. Like you we have a National Health Service here in the UK for how much longer I do not know. But as you say in Countries where you have to pay up or show your insurance cover before you are treated cancer or indeed any illness or injury can be a catastrophe. Thank you Paul again for being an understand soul .xxxx

Well done on a month’s hard work and effort at promoting Breast Cancer Awareness. I’ve no doubt but that you’ve helped save someone’s life, if not more than one!
