EvDaDaDec: Tree and Wreath

Christmas Tree

Look at me see how I shine see my lights and decorations entwine. I twinkle lustrous in the dark and  to this room I add a spark of Christmas Cheer. Catching everyone’s eyes as they enter here.

In the day I seem to change, my colour takes on a different hue. I am the green of the fresh wooded hills life and joy out of me spills.

Hidden in my branches are lights like jewels and tiny presents , crackers, toys Oh! yes excitement rules. In the sun light my lights are not so bright they glow far more brightly in the night.

Little children’s eyes always light up when they see me. To their Christmas fun I hold the key. When they come down on Christmas morn they see their presents my branches adorn!

Christmas Wreath

See me here outside your door I am here to let all know what is in store. Pretty balls on either side a few stars and bows and a parcel too. I love my colours red, gold, green and blue to me they are the most beautiful I have ever seen!

Every day as it draws nearer the excitement in the children’s eyes grows clearer. The birth of Christ is what we celebrate take heart it is near now soon we can rejoice our faith.

So dear friends be of good cheer. Our saviour’s birthday is very near. So gather your fruits of tree and earth  and raise your glasses to salute the saviour’s birth.

Sorry this  is an old one  but I have  no time at  all today!!
