Gate Keepers :4

Reality begins  to peel away layer  by layer

The mists  of time swirl and so emerges the first player.

As the bell rings out it’s manic knell

The hordes of pain and sorrow stream out of hell.

Chilled to the bone and filled with fear.

The gate keepers watch the past rush in and future disappear.

Pinned to the  spot unable to move from where they stand.

They watch in horror as the unplanned ignores all ceasing commands.

All thought of hope abandons them as they watch all descend into mayhem.
